My April student of the month is my adult client Tabatha Poling! Tabatha found me through a mutual friend five years ago to give her daughter some riding lessons. That quickly expanded to her daughter buying a pony, showing that pony successfully, and then both of them buying quarter horses to show! Her daughter, Ashley, has since stopped showing so Tabatha took it over for the both of them! They live over an hour from me so even though we now don’t get to work together as much as we used to, Tabatha still keeps up riding and training her horse herself! She has always had a drive to train her own horses even knowing it’s a longer process to the winner’s circle, but it has made every victory feel like an even bigger win! Tabatha has really just started her journey into the Quarter horse breed shows but I am excited to see where it takes her! It’s been a great five years working with you and your great family Tabatha!
